She works closely with funders and grantees to navigate funding decisions, build strong relationships, and make the grantmaking process work well for everyone involved. Her work also includes strengthening grantmaking systems and workflows, improving data quality and reporting, and translating portfolio insights into broader strategy and learning. She helps organizations develop clear, effective processes that balance rigor and efficiency with a high-quality experience for applicants and grantees.

Megan began her career in nonprofit arts and culture before moving into consulting and philanthropy. She holds a Master’s in Arts Administration and a Bachelor’s in Entertainment & Arts Management from Drexel University.
