Angela Kahres
Angela Kahres has over 15 years of experience supporting individual foundations and donor collaboratives that invest in human rights, voting rights, health, sciences, and the arts. With deep experience in strategy development and grant administration, Angela understands that every organization has its own unique approach to improving society. She advances a collaborative approach that centers shared power, mutual accountability, and iterative learning that leads to evolution.
Angela combines a wealth of subject expertise with a recognition of the importance of clear, eficient, and flexible systems. She excels at actively listening for clients’ fundamental motivations and understanding the complex ecosystems in which they operate in order to create actionable plans that move organizations toward their goals. Her work has included meeting facilitation, strategic planning, benchmarking, grant system design and implementation, donor advising, evaluation, fundraising and donor relations, and event planning.
From 2020-2025, Angela served as Senior Consultant at TCC Group. She has also worked with NEO Philanthropy’s US Human Rights Fund and State Infrastructure Fund, The Picower Foundation, Staten Island Arts, and an anonymous foundation.
